The founder of the distillery, Simon Rutte, made genevers and liqueurs from the beginning. Truly a recipe from his hand, Old Simon Genever preserves his legacy and distilling traditions. Old Simon Genever contains some traditional Dutch ingredients, such as juniper berries, but also includes 11 other botanicals unique to Simon’s creativity such as nuts, mace and celery.
