We're happy to introduce Cafe Ouwehoer's Rutte Special serve, de Natte Lie ! This bold and refreshing drink was created by Bartender Ed with the idea to represent the ladies whom gave the sailors back in the day a bit of pleasure after being at sea for months.

Glass: Tall & Sexy

Method: Stir all ingredients with ice in a tall glass and top up with a splash of soda water !!

60 ml Rutte Koornwyn XO

10 ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

10 ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

10 ml De Kuyper Curacao

dash Angostura bitters

Top up with soda water
