The Cocchi Extra Dry Competition

Welcome to the first ever Cocchi Extra Dry Competition! 

We would like to challenge you to create an unique recipe that will be part of the Cocchi legacy. We challenge you to be as creative as you can. You can go straight-up, short, Tiki.. anything goes, as long as you follow the rules & requirements.

  • Minimum usage of 25ml of Cocchi Extra Dry Piemontese

  • Max of 5 ingredients (don't over complecate it, we do want to taste the Vermouth)

  • Email your recipe and photo to info@cooperandbarrel.eu within the deadline of 27th of June 2022

  • Selection of the 3 best cocktails will be scored on the following criteria:
    TASTE 100 POINTS,
    ORIGINALITY 100 POINTS,
    PRESENTATION 100 POINTS,
    SUSTAINABILITY 100 POINTS,
    FOOD PAIRING 50 EXTRA BONUS POINTS

  • The best 3 cocktail recipes will be served by the winning bartenders during a fabulous
    Cocchi Finale on Monday the 4th July at the Koninklijke De Kuyper Distillery from 16.00 - 20.00. Buitenhavenweg 98 te Schiedam
  • The scoring and selection of winners will be done by combining the vote of 2 juries:
    50% popular vote and 50% expert jury

  • The winner will go on an exclusive trip to the Cocchi winery in Coconato, Italy (date to be set)
